About:
My client a Leading Main Contractor, based in the city of London currently have a number of exciting new projects in place which they are looking for a Site Manager to oversee 1 of many projects they have recently won.
The business is in a fantastic position and currently in a period of growth due to a number of project wins in recent months. They are privately owned and very well respected. Working across numerous sectors which include Commercial, Residential, Education, Heritage, Data Centres and Industrial. They are committed to collaborating and building strong relationships working alongside clients and professional teams to ensure they consistently uphold the highest of standards and quality.

The Role:
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of a mix of Refurbishment/ Cut & Carve and Cat A and Cat B fit-out. Reporting in to a Senior Site Manager, you will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The Project:
The project is a Commercial Refurbishment which will include some structural works, facade refresh and a CAT A fit out based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from pre-start through to handover
- Manage health & safety on site, ensuring full compliance with company and legal standards
- Coordinate and drive subcontractor performance
- Ensure quality control procedures are maintained
- Work closely with commercial and design teams to resolve issues and meet project goals
- Lead site progress meetings and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record delivering high-value commercial or fit-out projects within a Tier 1 Main Contractor
- 5+ years' experience in construction management,
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
