Site Manager Planned Works

Full Time / Permanent

East London - Essex

£50,000 - £60,000 Plus Package

We are currently recruiting for a national contractor. They are seeking a Site Manager to join their team and assist in managing and delivering their decarbonisation project covering properties in East London - Essex.

As a Site Manager, you will manage and control activities on site to successfully complete the project within budget, meet quality standards, adhere to the contract period, and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will also maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety. The energy-efficient improvements delivered as part of this project will include:

• Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of external refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.
• Leading a team of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring efficient coordination, resource allocation, and timely project completion.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with housing associations, residents, and stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress, budgets, and resources, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and meet milestones.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements.
• Overseeing site activities, including setup, logistics, subcontractor management, and procurement.
• Conducting regular site inspections and addressing issues promptly.
• Preparing progress reports, managing documentation, and participating in meetings.
• Providing technical expertise and resolving construction-related challenges.
