We're looking for a Site Manager with proven heritage restoration and listed building experience to take the lead on a prestigious Grade I Listed refurbishment at Liverpool's Albert Dock. This is a complex, high-profile project where protecting the building's history is just as important as delivering programme and quality.
Working on a scheme initially valued at £6m and growing to £9m, you'll play a key role in delivering specialist restoration, refurbishment and demolition works within a live heritage environment.
You’ll be responsible for managing site operations from start to completion, coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining the highest standards of health & safety, quality and programme delivery.
