Job summary

Professional Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a 4-month contract in South Oxfordshire to oversee a high-spec refurbishment of a three-storey country house with an extension. You will ensure schedules are met and act as the eyes and ears of the Project Manager.

The role requires up-to-date CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS/SSSTS certificates; the successful candidate will cover the site during holidays and must have a keen eye for quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or No.2 Manager on refurbishment projects.
• Up-to-date CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS/SSSTS certifications.
• Ability to manage on-site schedules and coordinate with the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site schedules and deadlines.
• Act as the Project Manager's eyes and ears.
• Cover the site during holidays.

No.2 Manager / Assistant Site Manager

ASM / No.2 Manager required for a 4 month contract in South Oxfordshire

The project is the refurbishment of a large high spec 3 storey Country House with basement, with the addition of a modern box extension to the rear.

Looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager who is able to be out on site ensuring schedules are met and be the eyes and ears of the Project Manager.

The successful candidate needs to have up to date CSCS, First Ad and SMSTS/SSSTS as they will be covering the site for holidays also.

This is a great opportunity to work for a good company on a good project, but they need someone with a good eye for detail, strive for the right quality of work whilst ensuring time deadlines are met.
