Having been established for almost a century, our client has a long standing and reputable name within the industry, so is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join a company with firm growth plans in the coming years. As a family run business, our client is genuinely proud of their product and is widely considered one of the premium house builders from both a specification and build quality perspective in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire counties.

The Site Manager will be working on residential developments between 20 and 150 units, primarily consisting of mixed tenure, traditional residential builds across Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire, responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on site while reporting to the Contracts Manager.

• Salary: £50k - £55k DOE

• Prior experience working as a Site Manager on residential developments
