Job summary

Albion Search are recruiting a Site Manager for a permanent role on a project in Leeds City Centre. You will manage trades and sub-contractors, oversee build packages and ensure H&S compliance, inductions, and RAMS are completed, while liaising with Senior PM and attending progress meetings.

The ideal candidate will have multi-room project experience and a background with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors. SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are required; black CSCS is advantageous.

• Black CSCS card is advantageous.
• Experience managing trades and sub-contractors on multi-room projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage trades and sub-contractors across multiple internal packages.
• Oversee targeted build packages and ensure progress against plan.
• Uphold health and safety standards and conduct inductions.
• Attend progress meetings and report to senior PM.
• Prepare RAMS and liaise with project team.

Job description

Albion Search are currently partnering with a regional main contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis, for a project in Leeds City Centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-room projects, be able to work as part of a wider management team and have experience either working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card. A black CSCS would be advantageous.

This requirement is due to commence in early December, with interviews happening in the weeks running up to December.
