Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects in Leeds. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and enforce safety standards to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy construction environment. An immediate start is available, with a temporary contract of at least 10 months.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications are desirable.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
• Monitor progress against programme timelines and report on milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site resources.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays.

Start Date: Monday 26th October

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Please note this will be a minimum of a 10 month temporary contract.
