Job summary

Albion Search are seeking a Site Manager with proven experience in SFS, dry lining and partitions to lead a large education project in Middlesbrough. You will manage fixers and dry liners, monitor progress to schedule, and uphold HSE standards on site.

The ideal candidate will hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS cards and coordinate with the main contractor’s site management, attending progress meetings and providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience on dry lining/SFS/partitions projects.
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS cards held.
• Experience coordinating with main contractor and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixers and dry liners to ensure works progress.
• Monitor H&S compliance and site inductions.
• Report progress to senior management and attend progress meetings.

Job description

Albion Search are currently looking for a Site Manager with experience in SFS, dry lining and partitions to work with a specialist sub-contractor, on a large scale education project in Middlesbrough.

The ideal candidate must be from a drylining/SFS/partitions background and have proven experience in management. Working alongside a tier 1 contractor would also be advantageous.
