Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on site in Leeds City Centre.
• Oversee façade remediation works and specialist subcontractors to programme and quality.
• Coordinate deliveries, access and logistics within a busy city centre location.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and site complies with regulations.
• Monitor progress against the programme and report to senior management.
• Maintain project quality standards and document progress for stakeholders.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with the wider project team.
