Job summary

JPM Resourcing Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead internal fit-out on a landmark 32-storey residential tower. You will coordinate subcontractors, drive HSE standards and work with the project team to deliver on time.

The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000–£60,000 plus package, with continuity on another Leeds project and a strong pipeline across the North. SMSTS/ CSCS required; First Aid at Work preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Experience delivering high-rise residential, student accommodation or mixed-use developments.
• Strong fit out experience is essential.
• Excellent health & safety awareness.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations during the internal fit out phase.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
• Drive health & safety across site.
• Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain.
• Ensure programme milestones are achieved.

Site Manager

Leeds | £50,000 - £60,000 + Package

An established and fast-growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a landmark high-rise residential development in Leeds.

You’ll initially be responsible for managing the internal fit out on a 32-storey tower, working alongside an experienced project team to deliver the project through to completion. With approximately nine months remaining, this role offers excellent continuity, with a further project in Leeds already secured for the successful candidate. The contractor has a strong pipeline of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments and continues to expand across the North.

The Role
