The role requires proven experience managing residential schemes of £10m+, with strong leadership and the ability to coordinate with architects, consultants and design teams. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work are essential qualifications.

• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.
• Monitor Health & Safety compliance and maintain high site standards.
• Chair site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
• Oversee quality inspections, snagging and handover processes.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on the delivery of a £24 million residential development in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with demonstrable experience delivering construction projects valued at £10m+.
• Previous residential project experience is essential.
• Strong experience working alongside architects, consultants and design teams.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card) and First Aid at Work are essential.
