Job summary

Unite People Build, on behalf of a well-established main contractor, seeks an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee final stages of a large RC frame residential development. You will lead finishing trades, ensure apartments and communal areas are completed to the highest quality, on programme and ready for handover.

Daily site walks, snagging, materials coordination and coordinating trades will be key. The role offers a competitive salary, car allowance and solid pension with clear career

Job Description:

We are working on behalf of a well-established and reputable main contractor to recruit an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of a large RC frame residential development. You will be responsible for managing all internal finishing trades, ensuring apartments and communal areas are completed to the highest quality, on programme, and ready for handover.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Finishing Manager on residential RC frame developments with strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing.
• Excellent eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously and demanding programmes and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Daily site walk and quality inspections.
