Job summary

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading UK contractor to appoint a Finishing Manager for a high rise student accommodation scheme in Birmingham. The project comprises 880 units and is planned for completion within around 12 months; this is a contract role with the right candidate potentially moving to a permanent position.

To be considered you must hold an in-date CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid at Work, and have proven Finishing Manager experience on high rise residential or student

Qualifications

• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work are required qualifications.
• Experience as Finishing Manager on high rise residential or student accommodation schemes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finishing works on a high rise student accommodation scheme.
• Coordinate trade contractors to ensure quality, programme and snag-free delivery.
• Ensure site safety, compliance and defect management during finish stages.

My client is one of the leading main contractors that operate across the UK and they are now looking for a Finishing Manager to work on this scheme on a contract basis, for the right person this can lead to a permanent opportunity.

They are now seeking a Finishing Manager to work on a high rise student accommodation in Birmingham. This is a 880 unit scheme which is due to be completed in around a years time. The ideal candidate must have a in date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work and have experience working as a Finishing Manager on high rise residential schemes or student accommodation schemes.
