Job summary

HELM. is recruiting a Site Manager (Dry Lining Package) for a school refurbishment project in Wigan. Start date options are 28th September or 5th October, with a 6+ month contract.

You will oversee dry lining works, ensure site safety and coordination, and operate under CIS terms on a contracted refurbishment site.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• SMSTS required.
• First Aid required.
• Experience with dry lining systems essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dry lining package for a school refurbishment on site.
• Coordinate trades and maintain safety on site.
• Ensure programme and quality standards are met.
