Job summary

Right Contract Services is seeking a Site Manager for a hotel refurbishment project in Paddington, West London. Start ASAP with potential extension until Nov/Dec or March, depending on project status. Working hours are 8:00 to 17:00 with 8 hours paid per day.

The role requires SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS, plus 2 references and proven site experience. You will manage labour, conduct site walks, perform H&S checks, and handle inductions.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid SMSTS certificate.
• First Aid certification required.
• CSCS card is mandatory for site access.
• Two references and relevant site experience required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct labourers on site and supervise daily tasks.
• Conduct site walks and monitor safety compliance (H&S checks).
• Assist with inductions and coordinating subcontractors.
• DABs (accredited digital administrative tasks) in the afternoon as assigned.

Site Manager needed to start on a project in Paddington ,West London

Until Nov/Dec could even be until March but that is TBC

8am-5pm - 8 hours paid

£250 a day £31.25 per hour

Paddington - 7 min walk from station

Hotel refurb - tough site

MUST have own laptop and phone. Will not be getting involved in drawings / design work, but will be doing DABS in the afternoon, inductions. Instructing labourers, doing site walks, H&S checks.

Must be fit as the hotel has 9 floors and no lifts.

Site Manager MUST have the following:

• A valid SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS card
• 2 references & experience
