Job summary

Pantheon Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Drylining Site Manager for a commercial project in the Manchester area. The role involves running the drylining package day-to-day, managing on-site teams, and coordinating with the main contractor to maintain programme, quality and H&S on site.

The successful candidate will have proven drylining project management experience and will report to an experienced Contracts Manager.

Job description

I'm looking for a Drylining Site Manager for a commercial project in the Manchester area.

The company are a really good dryliner who we know well, placed half the team in there truth be told, with a strong pipeline of work and a good reputation in the market.

More importantly, the Contracts Manager you'll be working under is excellent. Seriously top drawer. He's very well respected, knows drylining inside out and is genuinely a good bloke to work for.

You'll be looking at salary up to £55k, or a day rate equivalent, plus van, expenses, the usual perks.

The job itself is pretty straightforward, you'll be running the drylining package day-to-day, managing the guys on site, keeping on top of programme, quality and H&S, and dealing with the main contractor on site.

You'll need to have managed drylining projects before. They're not looking for someone who needs babysitting, but equally you'll have a very experienced Contracts Manager above you when you need him.

It's a good company, a good project and you'll be working for someone who actually knows what they're doing.
