Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager for a couple of projects in the Inverness area. The initial project involves a modular build focusing on roads, kerbing, drainage, etc.. The second project is a residential development covering foundations, roads, slabbing, kerbing, and drainage.

Candidates must hold the following qualifications:

1. SMSTS
2. CSCS
3. First Aid

Ideally, candidates should be able to commute to the projects.

We are open to permanent and freelance applicants. Salary ranges from £45K to £55K, with a rate around £300 per day. Temp to Perm options are available, as there is a continuous pipeline of work in the area.
