Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required.
• Current SMSTS certification necessary.
• First Aid qualification needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is progressing safely and according to plan.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations.
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of scheduled works.

Approach Personnel are proud to be working with our valued client on an exciting construction project in Stoke-on-Trent. We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage a works on a new build school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is progressing safely and according to plan
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Coordinate logistics and site resources
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of scheduled works
• Report progress to the project team and address any on-site issues promptly

• Valid CSCS card
• Current SMSTS certification
• First Aid qualification
• Strong IT skills
