Job summary

Caval is seeking a Site Manager for a healthcare refurbishment project in Doncaster. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate site activities, and ensure adherence to H&S protocols and project specifications.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, monitoring budgets, and delivering the project on time and to the required quality. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a smooth handover at completion.

• First Aid qualification is required.
• SMSTS qualification is required.

• Liaise with architects, engineers and consultants to resolve queries.
• Review subcontractor performance and address underperformance.
• Manage project completion and smooth handover, addressing post-handover issues.
