Job summary

Eden Brown is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a London-based commercial fit-out contractor delivering CAT A and CAT B projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and programme targets are met.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive projects to completion on time and to a high standard. Immediate start opportunities exist for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out.
• Strong CAT A and CAT B fit-out project experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Available to start at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of fit‑out projects on site.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.
• Ensuring all works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
• Maintaining high health & safety standards across site.
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and regular inspections.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Monitoring quality and ensuring successful project handover.

Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out

Eden Brown are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading fit-out contractor delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial office projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Site Manager with a proven background in commercial fit‑out, capable of managing site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
