Job summary

Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work on a busy housing development in Beverley, HU17. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered to high standards while maintaining safety and quality across the site.

The successful candidate will have a valid CSCS Card (black or white), proven site management experience on housing projects, and strong health & safety knowledge. Immediate start available with full PPE provided.

£24.35 per hour - £30.00 per hour - This role falls inside of IR35 and will be paid as PAYE.

Requirements

• Valid Black OR white CSCS Card - essential
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on housing/residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively
• Previous experience working on busy construction sites
• Full PPE
• Ability to start immediately
