Job summary

Linsco Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a busy housing development in Beverley, HU17. The role offers a hourly rate of £24.35–£30.00 (PAYE, IR35).

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors and trades, and ensure works are completed safely, on schedule and to high standards on a residential project. Applicants must hold a valid CSCS Card and First Aid certificate and have proven site management experience on housing projects.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is essential.
• First Aid certificate is essential.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on housing/residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction health & safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively.
• Previous experience on busy construction sites.
• Full PPE provided.
• Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the housing development.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure works are safe, on schedule and to a high standard.
• Coordinate trades and site activities.
• Carry out regular site inspections and enforce health & safety.
• Maintain site records, paperwork and progress reporting.
• Liaise with Project Manager and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
