Job summary

Powersystems is recruiting an Electrical Site Manager for UK site-based renewable energy projects, including a Glasgow hub. You will lead electrical works on new installations, working hands-on with supervisors to keep safety, quality and schedule on track.

The role requires 3+ years of site management, SMSTS training, and a full UK driving licence. We back your development with ongoing training, a company vehicle and a strong employee-owned culture focused on health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of site management experience on complex electrical installations.
  • Successful completion of SMSTS training.
  • Ability to quickly build report with and respect from site employees.
  • Electrical Qualifications or Experience is desirable.
  • New installation in the Energy Sector experience is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving license & Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise all electrical works on New Installations sites.
  • Work hands on in conjunction with supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams.
  • Assist the Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager in day to day people management issues on site.
  • Liaise directly with the Project Engineer/Manager to ensure timely delivery.
  • Instil a core embracement of Powersystems’ values of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing in site operators.

What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Site Manager, you’ll:
