Job summary

Powersystems is looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead HV renewable energy projects across the UK. Based in Glasgow with hybrid working, you’ll oversee engineering teams, budgets, procurement and client interfaces to deliver utility-scale outcomes.

We seek a degree in electrical engineering (HND acceptable), 5+ years in HV projects, strong leadership and commercial acumen, and a UK driving licence. This employee-owned company offers growth, training, and a competitive package.

What You’ll Do

As Senior Electrical Project Manager, you’ll:

• Lead teams, engage clients, and ensure technical excellence
• Oversee H&S compliance, budgets, procurement & delivery
• Mentor project engineers and collaborate with design teams
• Interface with key stakeholders DNOs, TSO, suppliers, and client contractors

What We’re Looking For - Project Management/Engineering

• 5+ years’in HV/Electrical Engineering Companies
• Strong leadership, communication & commercial skills
• Experience managing project budgets and supply chains
• Electrical Engineering degree or HND (HV Systems preferred)
• Full UK driving licence & Right to Work in the UK
• Chartered or working toward IEng/CEng (IET)
