Job summary

Tec Source Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a restoration project starting ASAP. This freelance role covers roof dismantling, slate re-roofing, scaffolding, edge protection, timber remediation and structural steel installation.

Responsibilities include daily site management, coordinating subcontractors, client liaison, RFIs, and maintaining high health and safety standards on a project running until March 2027 with Procore documentation management.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience required.
• Refurbishment/restoration experience highly desirable.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to manage a restoaration project in the Glasgow area starting ASAP/

The project includes roof dismantling and full slate re-roofing, scaffolding and edge protection, low-level roof replacement, timber remediation and structural steel installation.

Requirements

• Proven Site Management experience
• Refurbishment/restoration experience highly desirable
• Experience with roofing, structural works or listed buildings advantageous
• Temporary works experience
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
