Job summary

North20 Recruitment Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Site Manager to lead a cladding remediation project. You will oversee QA using Fieldwire and Procore, manage logistics including waste, deliveries and materials, and supervise a team of fixers on site for up to 80 operatives across three buildings over 18 months.

The ideal candidate will hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS at minimum and have excellent knowledge of Facades.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are mandatory.
• Knowledge of facade remediation is essential.
• Experience leading large on-site teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA on-site using Fieldwire and Procore.
• Oversee waste management, deliveries and material logistics.
• Supervise up to 80 operatives across three buildings.

Job description

I am actively looking for a Site Manager to take lead on a cladding project.

The project is all cladding remediation.

You will be responsible for all QA using software such as Fieldwire and Procore, logistics eg waste management, deliveries and materials etc as well as overseeing a number of fixers on site. At peak will be upto 80 operatives.

This is a large scheme compromising of 3 different buildings - 18 months work.

Must have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS as a bare minimum.

Must have excellent working knowledge of Facades.
