Job summary

Our client, a leading main contractor, is recruiting a Site Manager for a £20m CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-out based in Bank, London. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensure health and safety compliance, coordinate subcontractors, maintain programme and quality standards, and report to the visiting Project Director.

To be considered, you must hold a valid CSCS card and SMSTS, plus a First Aid qualification.

We are currently assisting them in their search for a Site Manager to join the team on a £20m CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-out based in Bank.

This is one of six projects currently being delivered by the business, offering excellent long-term prospects for the successful candidate.

The role will involve managing the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining programme and quality standards, and reporting into a visiting Project Director.

To be considered, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid qualification.

Previous experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects for a main contractor is highly desirable.
