Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited is seeking a Site Manager for a traditional build residential development in Essex. You will oversee the day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, manage the programme, and uphold build quality to ensure HSE standards are met.

This role suits an experienced Site Manager or an ambitious Assistant Site Manager ready to take the next step, with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Residential housebuilding experience.
• Traditional build experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of build stages and NHBC standards.
• Confident managing trades and subcontractors.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Residential Housebuilding | Traditional Build

We're working with an established housebuilder looking to appoint a Site Manager for a traditional build residential development in Essex. This would suit an experienced Site Manager, but the business would also consider a strong Assistant Site Manager who is ready to step up and run their own site.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the development, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining build quality and programme, and ensuring health & safety standards are consistently met.

What we're looking for:

• Residential housebuilding experience
• Traditional build experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of build stages and NHBC standards
• Confident managing trades and subcontractors
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Either proven Site Manager experience or an Assistant Site Manager ready to step up
