Job summary

Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team in England. The role follows a split shift pattern Monday to Friday with morning 7am–11am and afternoon 2:45pm–6:15pm.

You will oversee facility management, coordinate with contractors, and ensure health & safety compliance while maintaining site records and risk assessments. We offer a friendly team, training, uniform, access to LGPS, wellbeing support, and cycle-to-work benefits.

Qualifications

• Have good working knowledge of facility management.
• Experience of working with contractors.
• Working knowledge of Health & safety law and Fire safety law.

Working Pattern - split shift:

Monday to Friday.

Morning: 7am to 11am

Afternoon: 2:45pm to 6:15pm

The successful candidate will need to:

• Have good working knowledge of facility management

• Experience of working with contractors

• Working knowledge of Health & safety law and Fire safety law
