Contract: 37 hours per week, all year round
Elmsleigh Infant and Nursery School is seeking to appoint a committed and reliable Site Manager to ensure our school remains a safe, secure and welcoming environment for all. This varied and rewarding role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the school site, including premises maintenance, health and safety compliance, security, and the oversight of contractors. Working as part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in creating an environment where children can thrive and achieve their best. The Site Manager plays an important role in maintaining a safe, secure and well-maintained environment for all pupils, staff and visitors. The post holder will contribute to the school's safeguarding culture by ensuring the premises, grounds and security systems are effectively managed, identifying and reporting any safeguarding concerns, and taking prompt action to address site-related risks. Working closely with school leaders, the successful candidate will support the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, ensuring that health and safety, security and compliance arrangements help to provide a safe environment in which all children can learn and thrive. All staff are expected to uphold the school's safeguarding policies, undertake relevant training and share responsibility for keeping children safe from harm.
