Site Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit-out contractor in the City of London on a commercial fit-out project.

About the role of Site Manager

We are looking for a dedicated, client-facing fit-out site manager to work on a 7m Cat B fit-out in the City of London. It is essential that the manager is a program pusher, excellent at QA, and has a solid understanding of fit-out packages.

The project involves working in a multi-tenanted building where the client is already in occupation in part of it and expanding to other areas. There will be a lot of liaison with building management and M&E teams. A competent and professional attitude and demeanor are essential.

Requirements for the Site Manager

• Experience with CAT A / B Fit-Out projects
• Longevity in roles with industry contractors
• Experience in delivering commercial fit-outs
• Understanding of the building's floor plate
• Knowledge of programs and efficient handling of minutes
• Proven success in managing commercial fit-out projects as a Site Manager
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team
• Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, Black Card/NVQ Level 6
