Job Title: M&E Site Manager Building Services - Fit-Out Projects (CAT A & B)

Location: London (Various Site Locations)

Job Type: Full-time - Contract

About the Role

Are you a skilled Site Manager with a passion for high-quality fit-out projects and a building services background? We are looking for someone with a strong track record in delivering CAT A & B commercial fit-outs to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of CAT A and CAT B fit-out works
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Overseeing health & safety, quality control, and compliance on-site
• Driving project milestones and resolving issues proactively

Requirements

• Proven experience managing fit-out projects with a building services & M&E background
• Solid understanding of CAT A and CAT B specifications and processes
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), and First Aid certification
• Based in or able to travel across London daily
