GVR Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead high-end carpentry, joinery and interiors projects across London and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the day-to-day on-site management, coordinating subcontractors, managing programmes and ensuring quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to read drawings, and a professional approach when liaising with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager within fit-out, interiors, carpentry or joinery.
• Strong knowledge of construction site processes and sequencing.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements.
• Professional approach when dealing with clients and project teams.

GVR Solutions are working with a well-established specialist carpentry and joinery fit-out contractor, delivering high-quality projects across London and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in high-end carpentry, joinery, interiors or specialist fit-out who is looking to take responsibility for delivering projects to a high standard.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

• Managing the day-to-day running of projects on site
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site teams
• Managing programme, sequencing and progress of works
• Ensuring all works are completed to the required quality standards
• Maintaining a strong focus on health & safety and site compliance
• Liaising with clients, contractors, designers and other project stakeholders

The Site Manager must have/be:
