Ernest and Florent Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Sussex-based high-end residential project. You will lead on-site operations for a multi-million build, delivering exceptional finishes on time and to budget.

The role requires strong organisation, team leadership and carpentry awareness, with solid IT skills and a background in construction. You will oversee subcontractors and coordinate complex fit-out works across multiple trades.

A High-End new build Main contractor that specialises in high-end residential one off bespoke projects in Sussex and the South East is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Sussex based High-End new build residential project.

The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential New builds in London and the South East. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Company

Specialising entirely in High-End residential new builds they have recently won a few new projects which means genuine organic growth.

They have a turnover or around 10 million the company is of small size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work with an intimate team.

They deliver some of the finest homes the South Coast has to offer - typically contract values sit between 3 Million - 10 Million.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager will be based on a 5 million new build project in Sussex.

This project is a modern new build with an incredibly high level of fit out and finish,.

The projects you will be working on after this are residential refurbishments or new builds around the 3 million - 10 million mark.
