Job summary

Fairmead Managed Services LTD is seeking a Site Manager for a major £85M Department for Education project in Rayleigh on a five-year build, offering long-term security with a temp-to-perm path.

You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage H&S and CDM, and report at progress meetings.

SMSTS and CSCS are essential, First Aid, and experience on school construction is required.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Manager experience running your own site.
• Department for Education / school construction experience essential.
• Strong on programme, quality and H&S.
• SMSTS and CSCS essential.
• First Aid.
