Qualifications

• CSCS Black/Gold Manager card.
• SMSTS certification.

• Proficient with FieldView/Asite/Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to specification.
• Manage and coordinate installation teams, supply chain and subcontractors.
• Oversee quality control and assurance across facade and cladding works, including snagging and non-conformance close-out.
• Maintain site records, QC/QA documentation and progress reporting using digital platforms.
• Drive and enforce health and safety standards, including RAMS, inductions and site audits.
• Liaise with the client, main contractor and design team on site matters.
• Support the Project Manager and Contracts Manager with programme updates and look-ahead planning.

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading facades and cladding specialist for an experienced, quality-focused Site Manager. You'll take responsibility for the safe, on-programme delivery of facade and cladding installations, leading site teams and subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to specification
• Manage and coordinate installation teams, supply chain and subcontractors
• Oversee quality control and assurance across facade and cladding works, including snagging and non-conformance close-out
• Maintain site records, QC/QA documentation and progress reporting using digital platforms
• Drive and enforce health and safety standards, including RAMS, inductions and site audits
• Liaise with the client, main contractor and design team on site matters
• Support the Project Manager and Contracts Manager with programme updates and look-ahead planning

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on facade, cladding or comparable envelope projects
• Strong understanding of quality control and assurance
• Experience with QC/QA software such as FieldView, Asite, Procore or similar
• Competent IT user, comfortable with digital tools and reporting
• Valid CSCS card (Black/Gold Manager)
• SMSTS
• Valid First Aid certificate

Highly Desirable

• Main contracting or wider industry experience within facades and cladding
• CIOB membership or working towards it
