Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Site Manager for an 8-week refurbishment and fit-out project starting the week of 7 September. You will run site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage the programme, and uphold health & safety standards.

The role requires SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and proven refurbishment/fit-out experience. Nights for two weeks followed by days for the remaining four weeks, rate £240 per day.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certificate or equivalent safety training required.
• First Aid at Work certification is mandatory.
• Proven refurbishment/fit-out project experience.
• Strong reporting and programme management capabilities.
• Ability to run day-to-day site operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Run the Cardiff site and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage programme delivery and track progress.
• Maintain health & safety standards on site.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.
