Would you like to work for a progressive and ambitious company, which is also one of the most successful within the UK construction industry? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Site Manager to join us in Cambridge.
Coordinating and managing the activities of all site personnel, you'll ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy. Leading and motivating a team, you'll supervise all direct labour as necessary, coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme. We are happy to discuss flexible and agile working.
An experienced Site Manager, you'll be educated to HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent, with sound knowledge of health and safety legislation. You will also hold a CITB 5-day SMSTS, First Aid at Work, or a relevant CSCS Card. A strong leader, capable of identifying and developing team members, you'll motivate staff and colleagues to perform, ensuring standards and specifications are met. Experience working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million would be advantageous, along with refurbishment experience. A full UK driving licence is essential.
