Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a railway station upgrade. You will manage two engineers, coordinate with clients, and ensure QA and safety controls to deliver on-time results.

The role requires CSCS (Black/Gold), SSSTS/SMSTS, PTS preferred, and 3–4 years of rail scheme management experience.

Qualifications

• CSCS card at Black or Gold level.
• SSSTS or SMSTS accreditation.
• PTS desirable on rail sites.
• 3–4 years of experience managing rail schemes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee railway upgrade works on site.
• Coordinate and supervise two engineers.
• Liaise with client and manage QA/QA documentation (ITP, RAMS).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and programme requirements.

My client are a national civil engineering and highways contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver a railway station upgrade scheme in Cambridge.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Toolbox talks.
• Client Liaison.
• Managing engineering and quality assurance.
• ITP's & RAMS.
• Managing two engineers.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Black or Gold CSCS.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• PTS (Ideally)
• 3-4 years previous experience managing schemes on the rail.
