Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager for a 6 month contract at Witham, Essex. The role involves overseeing groundworks, drainage and earthworks for a major £6 million redevelopment, including a new station building, forecourt, car park and ticket office.

The project extends to 18 months with potential extension; candidate will lead operational teams in a busy construction environment, ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required.
• Valid SMSTS required.
• PTS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of a new station building as part of the redevelopment project at Witham Station, Essex.
• Manage operational civils teams on site and coordinate groundworks, drainage and earthworks.
• Ensure works comply with safety, quality and programme requirements through to project completion.

Site Manager

Essex

6 Month Contract - Umbrella - £450 to £550 a day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager, preferably with Groundworks & Drainage experience, to oversee the construction of a new station building as part of a major £6 million redevelopment project at Witham Station in Essex.

The project is for 18 months, so the contract will likely be extended. The project includes the construction of a new station building, a new forecourt and car park, new Ticket Office, a station rewire, as well as associated civils works.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within Earthworks, Groundworks, Drainage and Civils, preferably experienced of Station Redevelopments, for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors and will be confident managing operational teams within busy project environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and collaborative Site Manager looking for a long-term contract.
