Job summary

Cavendish (Recruitment) Professionals Ltd in Bradford is seeking a Site Manager for a modular build project. The role starts mid-September on a 6-month contract, with site hours 07:30–17:30, and on-site parking.

You will hold a valid CSCS site management card, SMSTS, First Aid, and Fire Marshall qualifications, plus proven experience managing similar schemes. Strong leadership and communication are essential as you coordinate safety, quality and progress across the site.

• Manage on-site logistics and site team performance.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

Job description

A client of ours is a reputable construction contractor, and they are currently looking for a Site Manager for a modular build project in Bradford.

• Duration: 6 Months
• Start Date: Mid-September
• Site Hours: 07:30am- 17:30pm (Monday - Friday)
• Parking available on site
• Location: Bradford, BD9 6DA
• Modular Build Project
• Pay: £280 - £300 a day

Skills and Requirements:

• Valid management CSCS card
• SMSTS, First Aid, and Fire Marshall
• Proven experience as a site manager on a similar type of project
• H&S Management experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Well-rounded knowledge of the construction sector.
