Job summary

Cavendish (Recruitment) Professionals Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a new long-term project in Central London. The assignment runs for 4 months, starting ASAP, with site hours from 8am to 4pm at Liverpool Street, London.

Cat B shell & core work is involved; strong leadership and H&S oversight are essential for success. Applicants should hold a valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications, with proven site management experience on similar schemes.

Qualifications

• Valid management CSCS card.
• SMSTS, First Aid and Fire Marshall Qualification.
• Proven experience as a site manager on a similar type of project.
• Cat A & B Fit Out Experience - Desirable.
• H&S Management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Well-rounded knowledge of the construction sector.
