Job summary

Kier Group plc. is seeking a Site Manager to lead a major infrastructure project on the A43, based in Brackley.

You will oversee engineering resources, ensure design technical compliance, and drive safe delivery on time and to the highest quality standards while maximising customer satisfaction. You will have strong experience in health, safety, and environmental management, holding SMSTS and CSCS qualifications, a construction or civil engineering degree (HNC/HND), and a Temporary Works

Qualifications

• Strong experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
• HNC/HND/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Temporary Works Co-ordinator/Supervisor qualification and First Aid certification.
• Full driving licence required.

Job description

We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Kier Transportation team based in Brackley South Cutting (A43)., Location: Radstone Road, Whitfield, Northants, NN13 5GJHours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a significant infrastructure project on the A43, involving the construction of a new structure and supporting highway assets. You'll be responsible for managing engineering resources, ensuring technical compliance, and delivering the project safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while maximising customer satisfaction.
