Kier Group seeks a Site Supervisor to join our North Northamptonshire Council team in Brixworth. You will supervise on-site maintenance and improvement schemes on a live public highway, upholding safety and SHEQ procedures.
The role is site-based, 40 hours per week, with a company van and comprehensive benefits. Applicants should hold SSSTS/SMSTS and related certifications, a UK driving licence, and have civil/highways project experience.
We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our North Northamptonshire Council team based in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in supervising onsite maintenance and improvement schemes. You'll be working on a live public highway, promoting a human-focused approach to safety whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant SHEQ processes and procedures.
Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire – site based 5 days per week
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: up to £40,000 per year + company van + excellent benefits
