Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build industrial warehouse unit with a steel frame structure. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

The role requires proven experience in industrial/warehouse projects, strong knowledge of steel frame builds, and certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) with excellent organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel frame builds.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to drive programme performance and maintain high HSE standards.
