Location: Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As Site Manager you'll be working within the Maintenance team, supporting with management of the construction sites achieving required project delivery to the customers' objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control. Responsible for the delivery of various projects, to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance, you will be working closely with the Senior Construction Manager, senior management, designers, sub-contractors & Programme Manager ensuring that schemes are completed in a safe manner whilst customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
