Due to new project awards, we have several available positions for SITE MANAGERS in BELFAST and NEWCASTLE CO DOWN.

LOCATION:

• BELFAST
• Newcastle Co Down

Company Overview:

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time and to perfection
• Report directly to the senior management team, including the contracts manager and project director
• Provide accurate, consistent, and professional records, reports, and general information
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Conduct risk assessments
• Follow construction drawings and works information in fine detail
• Survey sites to mitigate problems and check the viability of design
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Play an instrumental role in the negotiation of contracts with direct and subcontract staff
• Liaise with engineers and understand site-level operations

Site Manager Requirements:

• Ability to work under one's own initiative
