Role: Site Manager

Location: Carrickfergus

Hours: Full Time (7:30am to 4:30pm, early finish Friday)

Pay: £45k to £55k and Van

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading Contractor / Housing Developer, on a brand-new residential project in Carrickfergus.

The Role:

Leading a new housing development, your leadership will shape homes and communities. You will manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards, on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Background in housing (highly desirable)
• Project planning and time management skills
• Strong communication skills to liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and residents
• Knowledge of construction regulations and health & safety standards
