Job summary

A permanent Site Manager role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd on a North Devon site. You will drive site operations for large residential builds and ensure quality and safety standards are met on an ongoing project.

Ideal candidates have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work, with a background in traditional residential house building and a collaborative, site-wide leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager running large residential sites.
• Background in traditional build residential homes.
• Ability to work on a site that's already started.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large residential sites in North Devon.
• Ensure high-quality build standards and safety compliance.
