Avocet Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a new residential development in Frome with a well-established national housebuilder. This role is ideal for someone looking to step up or further develop their career within a supportive and structured environment.

You will assist the Site Manager with daily operations, supervise subcontractors, monitor health and safety, support quality control and snagging, and help manage site logistics and materials.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential construction.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ambition to progress within site management.
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred.
